What is ESP?       Call 513-868-9281 (1-800-215-5305)

ESP is short for- Elderly Services Program. This program helps older adults remain safe and independent in their own homes. See the "Our Services" link for a list of things that the program may assist with. These services are available to people age 65 and older.

The home delivered meals are available for people age 60 and older.

How Much Do Home Care Services Cost?

  • Funding is provided by the Butler County Senior Services tax levy and for that we can thank Butler County voters! You may be required to pay for a portion of the cost of your homecare services based on your income minus allowable medical expenses. There is no charge for the initial call or for case management services. Qualified, low-income seniors may receive services at no cost.

 Home delivered meals

  • Provided on a donation basis and are not affected by the fee scale for in-home services. Your donations help the program to provide meals to more people in your community.

Where to Start?

Call 513-868-9281 (1-800-215-5305) to speak with a nurse or social worker who can answer questions, explain services and assess your needs. When you call ESP… One of our intake specialists will ask you a few questions about your health, your living arrangements and your income and medical expenses.  They will also ask you for: Social security number Insurance information, such as Medicare and/or Medicaid number; name and policy number of supplemental or long-term care insurance. Name of an emergency contact or caregiver

What happens after that?
A case manager will arrange an in-home visit to set up your services
