What is ESP

in their own homes. Services are available to people age 65 and older. Homedelivered
meals are available for people age 60 and over.
Who pays for this program?
Funding is provided by the Butler County Senior Services tax levy.
Who runs this program?
The Elderly Services Program is managed in partnership with the Butler County Commissioners and Butler County Citizens for Elderly Services, Inc., a volunteer community council. The program is administered by the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio, the designated Area Agency on Aging for Butler County. Four Butler county non-profit agencies provide intake and case management for the program:
Call (513) 868-9281 or (800) 215-5305 to speak with a nurse or social worker who can answer questions
You’ll also need to provide your:
• Social Security number
• Insurance information, such as Medicare and/or Medicaid number; name and policy number of supplemental or long term care insurance
• Name of an emergency contact or caregiver
A case manager will then arrange an in-home visit to set up your services.
